Summary: Room was good. Breakfast/front desk attendant we rude. On Saturday morning she refused to fill waffle machine with batter, (we were there at 8:35AM). Other families other than my group also stated that she was rude to them.

Summary: Rooms were being renovated which is a good thing. Hotel showed its age but was in the process of looking very nice. You could hear people in the room next to you. Everything was clean and had power outlets for USB and pronged devices. Bed was very comfortable. Lighting in the room was a little dark. Could use different bulbs or additional fixtures

Summary: I booked the non-smoking, handicap-accessible room to accommodate my guest. The room looked different from the pictures. When we stepped in, the room smelled of cigarettes and cigars, mostly in the bathroom. The blanket on top of the bed was dirty with what looked like blood and food. The sheets looked like someone had dusted a factory with them. We had to go out and buy sheets and cleaning supplies to clean the room over. I used their rags to wipe the floor because I wasn't buying a mop on a trip. The floors and doors were disgusting. I cleaned the bathroom also, which had mold on the hair dryer and the sink. I had to go to the front desk a few times to get bags for the trash cans that didn't get emptied at all. There was a sign in the bathroom that said that they would be emptied on the third day of our stay. Let's not forget the construction that wasn't mentioned upon arrival. We found out when it jolted us from our sleep a few times. For two days, the bathroom didn't have power. Half of the room didn't have power at all, and some sockets didn't supply much power. I was told we would be refunded half, but it's been the waiting time, and nothing has come. As a travel agent who travels to find hidden gems, this will not be on my list of places to stay or suggest.

Summary: Will not stay here again. It was a handicap no smoking room. We don't smoke, so that was fine, but really didn't need the handicap shower that just had a hole in floor, no drain strainer. The sink was falling off the wall, the bathroom fan was screeching in need of replacing. The people next to us were smoking pot all night, and it was seeping into our room. No coffee pot or tea. TV had channels, but no guide. Very disappointed by my usual choice as preferred. Room was on the traffic side and noisy. Ventilation system(AC/Heat) showed on, but no adjustments.

Summary: It was a nice place to stay however I never got the security deposit back. I cleaned the room before I left to make sure it was nice and not a mess. When I called to ask about it they said they never charged a security deposit even though it was the first thing they did when I checked in.
